Promotional terms

Your promotional package

You order a new enVoice campaign with 30 Sales Ready Leads (SRLs) for a one-off package price of €19,900 excluding statutory VAT.

As an additional promotional service, enVoice follows up the it-sa leads you provide free of charge. This includes contacting and qualifying your leads and arranging additional Sales Ready Leads (SRLs) where a relevant need and a firm commitment are confirmed.

Qualification of Sales Ready Leads

A Sales Ready Lead (SRL) is a qualified sales meeting with a firm commitment to attend. The criteria specified in the promotional offer apply:

• The contact identifies a need, a topic that can be addressed or a current challenge.
• The company matches the agreed target group.
• The contact has a relevant role as a decision-maker, influencer or buying-group member.
• The contact makes a firm commitment to the meeting, which is always confirmed electronically.

The number of SRLs generated from the it-sa leads depends on the results of the follow-up. The ordered campaign includes 30 SRLs. Any SRLs generated through the free follow-up of your it-sa leads are additional.

Ordering and campaign start

This offer is for businesses. enVoice must receive the signed promotional offer by 6 November 2026 inclusive. The campaign starts by 11 December 2026 at the latest. The topic, target group and project schedule are agreed before services begin.

Add your company details, sign the PDF and email it to kontakt@envoice.de. enVoice confirms your order in writing in accordance with its existing terms and conditions. The form and download provide the offer; your order is placed afterwards through the signed offer.

Cooperation and billing

Details of the services, cooperation obligations and billing are set out in the promotional offer. The package is ordered once. Any continuation is agreed separately. We agree the provision of trade fair contacts and the permitted follow-up before data is transferred.

The terms and conditions of enVoice apply. Specific conditions agreed in the promotional offer take precedence over conflicting general provisions.
